He then went on to say that the problem was with the AVR and to call Pioneer.even though it works with every other brand of TV and worked with Vizio until they broke it with a firmware update. I really didn't know what to say to that. He basically said he never heard of the problem with Pioneer/Onkyo AVR's and if there was a problem he would be getting thousands of calls. Most recently this week, specifically with Craig, in Level 3 support. Is someone going to answer Spaldingclan's question? I have been talking off and on with Vizio support for the last 3-4 months.
